Haul Rd" AK 11, Dalton Hwy. The start of the highway to north slope and Prudhoe Bay Alaska. You can see the Trans-alaska Pipeline in upper left corner going over the hill top. I only drove up it 15 miles before returning to Fairbanks. This rd starts about about 100 miles north of Fairbanks. Only seen about 20 cars/trucks on the rd in 3 hours of travel and 2 buildings, no services.-- [24 June 2005]
